Win eUSD CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility: Win eUSD Contest or (or “Contest”) is open to entrants 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion to qualify. Further, entrants must be residents of Nigeria. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of MobileCoin Inc., dba Sentz Global (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Contest, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law.
2. Sponsorship: The Sponsor is located in Sacramento, CA. Sponsor will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Contest, the Entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Contest the Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant is eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. Entrant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Win eUSD Contest.
4. Entry Period: This promotion begins on July 24, 2024 at 2 PM WAT and ends on July 26, 2024 at 2 PM WAT. To be eligible for the Contest, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
5. How to Enter: For the Grand Prize (defined below), Entrants must be the first person to quote our tweet and get zero engagement in 24 hours. For the First Prize (defined below), Entrants must download the Sentz app, sign up with their phone number and email address and then comment in the tweet with their username/URL within 24 hours from the follow up tweet.
6. Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of $1,500 eUSD (the “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,500 eUSD.
First Prize: One (1) first prize will be awarded, consisting of $100 eUSD (the “First Prize”). Total approximate retail value of the First Prize is $100 eUSD.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded is $1,600 eUSD.
There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and (1) First Prize winner (collectively, the “Winners”). Winners shall receive no more than a total of $1,600 eUSD. The actual/appraised amount is $1,500 eUSD for the Grand Prize and $100 eUSD for the First Prize, although it may differ at the time a prize is awarded. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winners, upon acceptance of the prize, are solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winners shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor shall the Winners request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting a prize, the selected Winners grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winners’ likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Winners must have a valid Sentz wallet and must be able to submit to KYC/AML verification of the same to receive the prizes. OFAC and other control policies apply.
7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
8. Selection and Notification of Winners: The Winner of the Grand Prize will be the first person to quote our tweet and get zero engagement in 24 hours. The Winner of the First Prize will be selected by the Sponsor on a random basis using a random generator. The Sponsor will send the Grand Prize and First Prize to the Winners via the Sentz app on or about July 26, 2024, subject to the verification and control policies set forth above. Participants found using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. Sponsor will not be liable for the Winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact or shipping information. If Winners are found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and alternate Winners may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IF THE WINNERS VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNERS (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Win eUSD Contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Win eUSD Contest. The Sponsor, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winners based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Individuals who tamper with, or attempt to tamper with, the operation or entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability: Entrant’s entry into this Contest constitutes Entrant’s agreement to release, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against, and from, any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winners accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the promotion administration or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. By participating, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
